All of the dolls/toys are the handmade products.The mode line /color of  product will be slightly different.Each toy will have the 3 times QC inspection before we send the package.To ensure that our toys are perfect to our customers.

Within 7 working days, if the following problems caused, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product :

(1)The product has the wrong size and cannot be used.
(2)The Product color error.
(3)The doll/toy is defective when received.
